Terms & Conditions

Created with care to support clarity, mutual respect, and peace of mind for both of us. By booking a treatment with SOAR Wellbeing, you agree to the following terms. 

1. Booking & Deposits

All appointments must be booked in advance. To secure your session, I ask for a £10 deposit, payable at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your final treatment balance.

Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been received. 

2. Payments

Remaining balances are payable o the day of your appointment by:

  • Card

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer

Please note, payment are due at the time of your session unless agreed otherwise. 

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments 

Life happens - I completely understand. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the space to someone else. 

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking. 

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full payment in advance for future appointments. 

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Treatments

All treatments are carried out with care, presence, and professionalism. As they are time-based services, I'm unable to offer refunds once a session has taken place. 

If you're ever unhappy with an aspect of your experience, please contact me within 48 hours - I genuinely value your feedback and will always do my best to make things right. 

Products

  • Unopened products in original condition can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days with proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty, for hygiene reasons. 

  • If you have questions about any item, please just ask - I'm happy to help. 

5. Cleanliness & Client Safety

Your wellbeing and safety are always my priority. The treatment space is maintained to high standard of cleanliness and care: 

  • Fresh sheets and face coverings are used for each client

  • Blankets are changed daily or after any skin contact

  • Surfaces, tools, and equipment are thoroughly sanitised between sessions

  • Hand sanitiser is available, and I wash my hands before and after every treatment

  • The space is well-ventilated with a calm, peaceful atmosphere

If you're feeling unwell, have an infection, or are showing symptoms of illness (cold, flu, etc.), please contact me to reschedule. If I'm unwell, I will do the same for you. 

6. Consultation & Aftercare

Each treatment includes:

  • A 10-minute consultation to explore your needs and ensure your treatment is safe and personalised

  • A 5-minute aftercare period to reflect, receive guidance, and transition gently

After your session, you're welcome to pause with a herbal tea or water. With the beach just steps away, many clients enjoy a gentle walk along the shore to stay in that relaxed state a little longer. 

7. Studio Etiquette & Behaviour

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. To help maintain a calm and private environment, kindly do not arrive early.

  • SOAR Wellbeing is a professional, therapeutic space. Any inappropriate behaviour or disrespectful conduct will result in the immediate end of the session, with no refund given. 

8. Your Data & Confidentiality

All information shared with me is kept strictly confidential and used only to support your care. 

SOAR Wellbeing complies wit the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018:

  • Your information is stored securely and never shared

  • You may view, update, or request deletion of your records at any time

  • Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years, as required by insurance and legal guidelines

By booking a treatment, you agree to this data policy. 

9. Product Safety & Handling

All oils, creams, and wellness products used or sold through SOAR are chosen for their quality and safety:

  • Stored in clean, temperature-appropriate conditions

  • Regularly checked for expiry or degradation

  • Handled with clean hands or disposable tools to avoid contamination 

  • Ingredient lists are available on request - please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities

10. Professional Standards & Insurance

SOAR Wellbeing is owned and operated by me, Jordan Jeffries, a qualified holistic therapist. I am fully insured and committed to:

  • Safe, ethical practice

  • Following professional codes of conduct

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • Creating a warm, thoughtful, and informed treatment experience for every client

11. Marketing & Mailing List Consent

From time to time, you may be invited to receive seasonal updates, wellbeing tips, or exclusive offers by email. You'll only be contact if you choose to opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details will never be shared or used without your consent. 

12. Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in policy, law or services. The most current version will always be available on the website.
